KAADOO PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY
You may return any Product / Merchandize purchased on the Site ONLY if: (i) you can show by reasonable proof that the Merchandize was received in a defective or damaged condition; (ii) you intimate KAADOO immediately of such defect; and (iii) you dispatch the defective or damaged Merchandize by recognized courier within three days of receipt of the Merchandize from KAADOO. You shall bear the cost of return. Upon validly returning any Merchandize as aforesaid, your only remedy shall be to require KAADOO to send you a non-defective and undamaged replacement of the returned Merchandize. KAADOO shall not refund the price paid unless in its sole discretion, KAADOO deems that the returned Merchandize cannot be replaced as aforesaid.
IMPORTANT: Notwithstanding the foregoing, any downloaded Merchandize is excluded from this return, replacement and refund policy. Once downloaded, the downloaded Merchandize shall not be returnable under any circumstance whatsoever.
